Rates

Maximum occupancy for Standard Rooms are two (2) persons:
Extra bed can be arranged for Sunflower and Plumeria Room at Rp.100.000 per night.
Baby cot is available upon request and subject to availability at Rp.50.000 per night.
24 hours taxi service is available at your own expenses. The counter is located at arrival hall of Ngurah Rai Airport. No advance booking required.
In order to confirm your reservation, now we require 1 night non-refundable deposit payable through PayPal in the event of cancellation or no show (your reservation will be deemed as no show and Sunhouse reserves to release the room to another guest if you fail to check-in after 23:59 hours of your arrival date without prior notification/arrangement).
Booking will only be valid once you received a confirmation letter from us.

Check-in time: 2PM
Early Check-in must be well advised one (1) day in advance and subject to room availability.
Check Out time: 12PM
Late Check Out must be well advised one (1) day in advance and subject to room availability.
Late Check Out until 6PM will incur additional 50% of the total amount.
Late Check Out after 6PM will incur one (1) night fees.
Our facilities include free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gazebo, air-conditioning , in-room safe deposit box, private bathroom with hot water, television, DVD player, ceiling fan (Orchid, Plumeria, Hibiscus and Sunflower), in-room refrigerator (Sunflower, Plumeria and Lotus) and private balcony (Sunflower)
Breakfast is not provided, however all guests are welcomed to use our shared-kitchen and enjoy complimentary tea/coffee (self-service).
